This Privacy Policy governs the manner in which the Company collects, uses, maintains and discloses information collected from Users of the Website. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website and its associated Content and Services, and to all products and services offered by the Company, unless a more specific privacy policy has been explicitly notified by the Company in relation to that product or service.

  2. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, various terms shall have the meaning as defined in the TOS.
  3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Website, and associated Content and Services.
  4. When You create an account on the Website, You provide certain personal information, including Your name, phone number/email address and password.
  5. “Personal Information” includes information that alone or when in combination with other information may be used to readily identify, contact, or locate You.

The Company also collects information about chatbots, including and not limited to, information that identifies and provides details about the chatbots.

We may also use other data from Your device to determine location; for example, information about wireless networks or cell towers near Your mobile device, or Your IP address.   11. Ads appearing on our Website may be delivered to Users by advertising partners, who may set cookies.   18. PERSONS UNDER EIGHTEEN (18)
  19. The Website is not marketed towards persons under the age of eighteen (18). If We discover that it has inadvertently collected Personal Information about individuals under the age eighteen (18), We will promptly delete such information. We recommend that individuals eighteen (18) years of age and below seek their parent’s or legal guardian’s consent and guidance before sending any information about themselves to anyone over the internet.

  33. European data protection law including the Regulation (EU)2016/679 (“GDPR”) requires organizations like the Company to provide a lawful basis to collect and use the User’s information. The Company’s lawful basis to collect and use information from the Company’s EEA Users include when:

    1. The Company needs it in order to provide the User with the Services and to carry out the core activities related to the Company’s provision of the Services.
    2. The Company needs to comply with a legal obligation.
    3. The Company has a legitimate interest (which is not overridden by the User’s data protection interests), such as for research and development, to market and promote the Services, and to protect the Company’s legal rights and interests.
    4. The User provides the Company with its consent to do so for a specific purpose.
