Service description
Introduction
The DOTGO information service is a cross-carrier, opt-in standard SMS service that provides interactive and subscription information for companies. For example, students enrolled in an introductory college-level astronomy course can obtain information about the night sky from eZipSky by texting "ezipsky" + zip code + something in the sky (e.g. "moon," "mars," "orion," or "sirius") to 368266. Standard text messaging rates apply.
To use DOTGO, simply text in the keyword for the information that you are interested in to the appropriate short code: 368266, 368338, 368674, 368638, or 368468. For help text "help," and to opt out text "stop" or simply follow the instructions in any text message received as part of a subscription.
Supported carriers
DOTGO works with Alltel, AT&T, Boost, CellCom, Cellular South, East Kentucky Network, Immix, Nextel, nTelos, Rural Cellular, Sprint, Suncom, T-Mobile, Unicel, US Cellular, Verizon, and Virgin Mobile.
