Reseller billing? Reseller support

    I signed up as a reseller and have sent a couple of emails since then with no reply that I can see and I've checked my spam filter as well. Can anyone answer the following questions below. I'm geting a bit worried that Dotgo is not a very supported program and I worry about bringing many clients on it for fear that it is going away or just lacks support from the owners in which case I would have many of my clients left stranded as well as my reputation. Maybe someone can give me some piece of mind regrading that as well.

    Here are my questions:

    I signed up, but have a few questions.

    When looking at the upgrade portion, the pricing has not changed and still shows the same pricing. I thought it would show the 50% off changes.

    As I will be using the publisher for a while until I can get the API integrated and programmed, how do I know that I will be on the faster broadcasting service as indicated in another message.

    Also in the terms and conditions it was referencing alcohol and minors and I wanted to make sure I will have no issues with marketing this to wineries, night clubs/bars etc as I was not clear on that part of the conditions but assume that it just means I cant do anything of that sort that will be directly marketed to minors.

    Did you ever get an answer? Just curious- I tried to sign up for a reseller account and NO ONE returned any of my emails or texts (..and I know they are a SMS service company, but seriously what company uses text messaging as their "preferred" means of communication, and not post a phone number anywhere on their site..)

    Anyways- does anyone know how to cancel billing?
