   1. how are lists that subscribers have joined purged or deleted
   Users opt-in and opt-out of lists by SMS. there is currently no way for publishers to move users between lists. We do intend to add this feature in the future.

   2. how are specified subscribers purged or deleted from a group list
   Users can opt-out by replying "S" at any time to opt-out.

   3. can subscriber list be resegmented?
   Not yet, but this will be part of our API in the future.
